I read the other reviews and was somewhat surprised. I have lived at Chase Court for almost three years now, much longer then the other reviewers and I have never had a problem with break-ins, spiders or had problems with the maintenence or staff. They have never lost my rent payments or been rude. The apartments are close to campus and on the bus route. They are very spacious and a comfortable place to live. The only problem, which is a problem with most nice first management properties is that the price range is high. Over 600 a month for rent not including utilities. Overall a nice place to live. The biggest downfall though, is the clueless girls in the office. The managemnt that worked here when I first moved in was great, since then though they have changed and girls are rude, clueless and couldn't give a damn about your needs.

If you read the other posts more thoroughly you will see that the biggest complaint IS THE MANAGEMENT. They're terrible...they dont even make an attempt at customer service.
