First Management is one of the biggest cheapass companies in the world.

Chase Court is an example of First Managements greed, First off you are paying 620 dollars a month rent, WOW.

THats a lot.

Second, ------ in the office, stay away from her, Shes PMSing 24/7 and she talks ---- on the head manager all the time even when shes in the room next door.

Plane shady.

People, realize you are getting ripped off, tuckaway or hawks pointe are better.

O ya you also pay ALL BILLS AT CHASE COURT.

WATER

So calculate that per month and you have a really nice flatscreen lcd HDTV.

Dont let the free breakfast or dvd rentals fool you either.

Noone uses that pointless ----, and the gym is the size of my big and tall trousers.

O ya you can visit the owner of FMs house by going down 6th street till you see the biggest house ever in lawrence, do you really wanna give that cock face more money for another ferrari.

Dont let them scam you into renewing your lease, cuz if u decide to duck out its a lot of money and you wont want to get stuck paying them more.

One night I also saw a homeless person bathing himself in the community pool so know what your getting into.
