Chase Court

 

I have lived in Chase Court for almost two years now and I must say that I haven't experienced many of the problems others have expressed.

I have seen maybe one spider inside my apartment but there are quite a few webs on the stairs when it's warm out.

But really, I just ignore them.

The maintenance staff has always been very prompt about fixing things; they even came the same day I reported something as simple as my garbage disposal acting up.

For the most part though, I pay my bills and rent and keep to myself.

They leave me alone.

I am pretty sure I know which girl from the office the other reviewers are talking about and she does have a stick up your --- but again, if you keep to yourself and do what you're supposed to when you rent from anyone, they will leave you alone.

I am getting ready to move from here solely because it's just too expensive.

It has been a nice place to live though.

I would recommend it if you can afford it and are looking for a close place to campus.
