My landlord was Eli B and he was the most awesome guy. The 3 br 2 ba apt we rented was close to campus, close to the stadium and close to bars. We had a great time because he let us grill off the balcony and the apartment was already painted. If anything went wrong he always had someone out right away to fix it. The neighbors above were foreign and played live elevator music straight out of napoleon dynamite all the time but hey, it's college right' That aside, we loved our neighbors, location and great rent. He was a great landlord and we were good tenants. Go A103 Girls (A-Team)!
