Seemed good when we moved in but got new management after one year and everything want down hill. It took several days to get things fixed. Stove door was broken and thety would 'fix' it only to have it break the next time we cooked. It also was not a good seal and would heat our entire apt whenever we cooked. When we moved out they tried to take the pet deposit away saying it was a pet fee...not according to the reciept and the first lease. After consulting the student legal services they complied and returned the deposit. But they still tried ot insist it was a pet fee. Also the nighbors played loud music at all times of the day or night. The sidewalk flooded every time it rained and mud would wash up on the sidewalk.
