On the outside, Crosswinds has a very nice appearance. But don't listen to what the office says ... double wall construction' I can hear my neighbor's telephone ringing. Footsteps above and the toilet upstairs at all times ... not the most attractive, and you wouldn't know this unless you lived here. The complex is barely lit at night and if you can get a parking spot in front of your building, it's because you were here before 5. These were built with college kids in mind and to reap in a quick dollar. We were lured by the size and the 'newness' of the complex. But, quite honestly, once the newness wore off, we were bitterly disappointed in what we saw. If you want noise, dim parking lots, and a feeling of regret, I would have to say that this is your place. Unfortunately, this wasn't for me.
