I lived at Crosswinds and to tell you the honest truth, I didn't have problems with my maintenance. I understood that I lived in an apartment, not a house and that it would not be completely quiet. The apartment itself was very spacious, my utilities were inexpensive, and there was plenty of parking. The office staff was friendly and helpful. If you want an apartment that is away from campus, parties, and you have your own private entrances, I would suggest you check them out.
