I have lived here for 1 yr 6 months and I have been very happy so far. It is a quiet location without the noisy college parties. Can hear neighbor's kids/TV at times, but this can be expected in any complex. We looked at all of the 2 bedroom apartments that were $600 or less and this was the nicest one. Most of the time you can find a parking spot right next to your apartment, but there are occasions where you have to park closer to another apartment building. Never that far away, though. The couple times I had to call maintenance they arrived in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend this complex - much nicer than many others in town. Also love the fact that they have a fitness center.
