Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Pros: prompt maintenance, parking lot, quiet
Cons: Even though I cleaned up the apt 4 days when I moved out, I got $7 back from my deposit. Very Very disappointed. In addition, the carpet was worn and dirty.
