oh my gosh ..for the price yea okay it was good.. but it was so horrible.. there was ants and roaches.. the management was crappy.. a really bad storm came threw, and it made our roof have like the worst leak ever!! we called and bugged them bout it and they never did fix it.. it almost seriously caved in. the dirty water got on our couch..pot holes in the drive ways..it was just bad.. so don't sign!!! your be making a mistake.. oh yea i heard that they went bank rupt.hahah..and thet had to file..
