I lived in this apartment for nearly 2 years. It's nice but I do have a few highlights. When you get to see so many "Wow" comments, you will start to get fishy about this... whether the manager posted them himself or what. But let me tell you the truth.

The apartment is nice, but it can get noisy at night as there are many college students. The insulation is pretty bad, the vent invites cold air or warm air to come in and you will to heat or cool down the air in the room (problems with both vents and insulation).

The apartment advertise 1080 sq ft, but honestly, I don't think it's that big. I moved from a 800 sq ft apartment to this one, hoping to get more space but indeed, I feel just as small... you could say I get more furniture...

The carpet is the cheapest range.

The worst, beware when you intend to move out of the apartment. The cleaning fee on me is $115 plus $80, and you bet, I'm a family person... and they spent $195 on the cleaning of my home! A normal carpet cleaning is only $50' I wonder where they get the bill from'

I gave the notice and paid 60 days rent. So I was still entitled to the house till the last day. So they told me that I had to foot the $195 cleaning bill, while they get a tenant to move into the house before my 60 days run out, and they refuse to compensate me my money, well, I argued..... he refuses to compensate for the differences! Worst of all, his attitude changes when you ask him for money back. It's not ethical when he shouted at me and banged on the table, and threatened to call the police to get me out (well, he didn't, cos he's afraid as he's on the wrong side).

Well, what he doesn't know is that I'm trained in law. I will fight for the rights of tenant against such terrible landlord.

Well, of course, if you are international students or people, avoid this kind of apartment.....

Please let me know of the outcome once this is addressed and definitely report him to the city. I was going to rent here, but I think I'll look elsewhere! Thanks! =)

You went to law school? Then why do you write so poorly...It's hard to understand what you say and it makes me weary of what you're saying... I looked here and met Mike, one of the managers, and he seemed like a really cool, reasonable guy. Also, the apartments are quite large. I'm sure the carpet is less than stellar, but if you're expecting quality flooring in a cheap rental property, don't hold your breath. I've never seen an apartment with nice carpets. They replace them every few years anyway. When I looked at apartments, this one seemed to be the best deal for the money. Great location, too. I move in this summer and will write a review then.
