When we first moved in the name had changed from AMLI to The Greens (this was in Aug 2001). That struck us as odd since we were not informed and a few things in our lease had changed. The good part was the people honored most of the original lease except for painting the walls. No big deal, as we just wanted to move in.

All of the maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently, Tim was a good guy and knew the ins and outs of the apartment. The pool was a fun place in the summer time and the gym although small had working equip. 90% of the time.

We heard the people below us about 4 times (in 11 months) and it was only when they were arguing which lasted all but an hour. LOL...sorry but it was pretty funny to hear this 45yr old guy get chewed out by his drunk wife.

My only complaint would be that each apt was only allowed one carport spot. We were willing to pay for an extra one but it was against policy so we could not.
