When i first moved to the greens, i was really excited. Then we moved to the appartment and we were told the approximation to what everyone was paying for electric bills during the signing of our lease. Well, that was a lie. Are electric bill was NEVER at 50 bucks, instead, it was always 150 bucks and that was with the air on 80 for summer.
Well, we thought being on the 2nd floor when winter came was a good thing. We were wrong again. We were paying high electric bills again. Our living room was a ice room, and the bedrooms were an ice room too. All the windows leaked.
Then comes time to management. I feel that they hired the management right off the street becuase the manager has no idea what she is talking about. She has no background to legal issues. Tried cancling my lease with no reason, and told me it was perfectly fine for her to take me off.
Once lawyers got involved, she backed her way down.
The mechanics seem to never have anything to do but ride around on the golf cart.
There is suppose to be security at the complex, but in the time i lived here, there has been 4 break in to cars. WIerd people walk around, people drive in that look like they watching the place to steel from, and cops have been called several times. Plus, the first night we were in our appartment, there was a couple who were fighting horribly. We heard the yelling from the other building inside ours.
I would NOT PAY anyone to live here. There are so many other appartment complexes out there, and i would definately check into management before looking at what they have to offer.
