I just moved into The Greens at Alvamar about two months ago, and I really enjoy living here. I teach at the University, and enjoy coming home to a clean and quiet place. I saw the manager outside putting out decorations, and they look just beautiful. I think we are the only complex in Lawrence which such a beautiful community office.
The staff is so warm and friendly, and the manager made me more welcomed then I have ever felt at any apartment complex. Good Job
