Not Worth The Price

I lived at the Greens for 7 months. I liked that they allowed me to decide my lease length and my large breed dog. It was always quiet and clean. The free carport was a nice perk. The management changed while I lived there and the new management was at times very unfriendly. Upkeep with the old management was perfect, however, the new management would allow the grass to get over 1 ft tall before mowing. Aparments could stand updating. Beware, Lawrence utilities are high, it is not just this complex. Overall, I would live there again, if they hadn't raised the price and the new management hadn't taken over.
