Resident's comfort and emergencies are not a high priority to the staff.

Very unorganized office! Miscommunication between staff members. I filled out my sixty day notice form to move out and personally handed it to them, it was misplaced and I was called the next week because they "still had not heard from me."
24 hour maintenance is a joke! *My screen door broke off the track when I first moved in, I told a maintenance worker who told me that it needed a wheel replaced yet nothing was done about it. *My air conditioner quit working on an 85 degree day. I called the "24 hour" maintenance hot line and got an answering machine asking me to state my emergency, name, phone number, and apartment number and they would get back to me shortly. I did so and never heard back. My apartment got up to 90 degrees that day which was very uncomfortable for me and especially my long-haired thirteen pound cat. I went to the office the next day and told them my problem and they assured me that someone would be there by 6 p.m. that evening to look at it. No one ever came. It's been three days and I still have not heard anything.
Overall, apartment is decent, the appliances and fixtures work but are very out-dated. Microwave is entirely too small and the dishwasher door must be held down with one's foot while loading and unloading.
