Nothing spectacular. Management is extremely rude and they all act too busy to help you. But then again that's what you get with First Management. Nice property w/ a decent location to campus. In my two years I have slowly seen the place deteriorate. Can't wait to move out! Floor plans are very boring with horrible construction. The maintenance guy is extremely nice and knowledgeable, but prepare to not have your problem fixed for 2 weeks. Nothing to brag about, but then again nothing to scare you away either.
