Avoid First Management!!!!!!!!!!

First Management owns most of Lawrence, don't live at any of their properties.

If you do, video tape the apartment before and after, get everything in writing and call the city when your home floods repeatedly, walls fall on your car and you get screwed on your deposit.

The maintenace guys are wonderful and very nice, but prepare for rude management.

Good luck, get out while you can!
