I worked for the company that owned this complex for several years. These apartments are cheap, and I don't mean the rent. These apartments are absolute crap. I would recommend that everyone stay far far away from all First Management Properties. They are built like crap. Noise will be a problem. The management will nickel and dime you in order to take your security deposit.
