I can't believe what I have read in the last few comments on here and felt I needed to write an accurate review of where I have lived the last three years.

I have really enjoyed the time I lived at Highpointe.

I graduated this year and will be leaving but I have several friends that are moving in and others that will be staying.

The grounds are kept clean, maintenance has made all needed repairs to my apartment in a timely fashion, my apartment was clean when I moved in, I found the staff and manager to be extremely helpful when I first came to Highpointe and throughout my years here.

I recommend Highpointe to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

You have this great feeling about the company because you had yet to move out. I enjoyed living here and had some problems but not to many. It wasn't until i moved out that i realized what a F@#king Piece of S*** company First Mnagement is. I spent atleast 8 hours cleaning my apartment until it was completely immaculate and was charged for many things that were completely clean.
