My husband has been living here for almost 3 years now and I have been with him for almost 2. A one bedroom is great for one person, but stick in a second and you're completely out of space. The kitchen is ok in size, we can both be in there at the same time, but VERY little cabinet space and only 2 drawers. We went and bought separate storage with our wedding gift certs. Neighbors can be sketchy (Our first year we had a guy below us who loved to belt Elton John at all hours) and student who live there like to party a lot. We haven't had problems with break ins or car burglaries, but it's happened in the neighborhood. Management is ok. Haven't had too many problems. Although, when my folks came to visit and brought their two small dogs for 5 days we were fined 100$ and almost evicted. All in all, if you don't mind old, and somewhat noisy it's VERY cheap and relatively close to KU. Alot better that some of the other things out there.
