There is really not much to say, for a place like this. Be that the cops seemed to be called countless times for noise complaints, or even the occasional a fight or two. I guess there was a big problem was with the last big snow storm we had. Where for what I heard, at least two cars that were parked, got hit by cars that were coming down the back hill. Not for sure how bad the cars turned out to be but you can only imagine. For what the talk around the block was, pretty bad. Yet, not as bad as the pot holes, that seem to appear every rain storms since all they do is just fill them with rocks that soon wash away and leaves just bigger pot holes. Yet, do not let this get you down because on the weekends you won't even need your car. Otherwise you will not be able to park once you leave, if your lucky you can maybe park on the opposite side of Leanna Mar. The grounds are as noted, need more work, not just a few wood chips will bring this place to life.

For the inside, with floor that seemed in the beginning as a time saver... now are perfect for rugs. Be it soda, milk, or any kind of food they seem never to be clean like the were when we moved in. As the floors being explained to us, as being band new, did not have quality of craftsmanship when put in. Thinking that floors should be somewhat level pieces of tile tend to trip the unsuspecting guest. Fireplace...when looking for a place to live, seeing that there was a fireplace in every home was a big hit at the time for someone like me. Who knew that you had to have such patience to even get a fire started, otherwise I like just say it would be easier to burn this place down. But don't worry with a washer and dryer older than well most of friends, that will take care of that. NO... just kidding the dryer doesn't really dry anything anyhow.

Three bathrooms now that was a great idea, if only all three would work. I have friends that live here that have told me that the upstairs toilet always seems to be plugged up, I thought it was just me and those TACOs. Yet the smell never seems to be that bad since the doors in the house are never really sealed, be it the front door or every bedroom/bathroom door, just a nudge and your in. There is similarity between the doors that the floors around the edges there are a lot of gaps. Which ants love to just come in and out when it deals with the floors, so if you are not clean or if something is spilled, just know that the ant community is well aware of it.


Well, I guess I can go on and on but I actually have to go get things done meaning I got to go. So I will leave you with this...it wasn't the best choice that I have ever made.
