I got one of the best deals possible. Rent is cheap. It is in west Lawrence which is nicer than anywhere else around campus. The management has been doing a lot of remodeling plus adding a pool and exercise facility. I haven't had any complaints at all. My roommates and I have been here awhile and the landlord agreed to move us into a really nice remodeled unit.
