I agree with the previous post, there is mold everywhere. When I moved in mold was coming out of my utility closet and there was some mold in the laudry room area. It is dangerous not to mention illegal to live in a mold infested apartment. We put in three maintence requests before anyone did anything about it. Living here would not be so bad if it were not for the frat boys living next door. I hear that a sorority is thinking about moving in, there goes the neighborhood.
As for the staff, I have personally witness their two-faced-ness. It is not all that unsual to go in the office and hear them talking about residents.
I also have noticed that the police is called way too often to the property.
Parking sucks late at night, and people basically park where ever anyways, so there is no point to pay for carports.
The stones on the buildings have fallen off, I've seen it on my own building so that tells you something about their construction.
Besides the paper thin walls, lack of parking, partying frat boys, police being here at least three times since I have lived here, and the mold problem, things are about average.

Oh, and they are right, the locks are always de-programing themselves or the key just doesn't work.
