These last two posts must be from someone who's really irked about their bad day I think.

I have lived here over a year, and just renewed my lease.

In my opinion Legends is the best value I've seen in lawrence, my inside source told me that there will be a new addition going in with an even better pool and more activities, even more reason to live here.

The police issue, unlike Jeff-Co nobody has been shot here or beaten up, I've met the on-site police officer and he's very friendly compared to those who I meet via flashing lights from behind.

Being the officer lives on-site and often brings the patrol car home would make residents think there may be some "bad residents." Party noises around here are no worse than any past apartment i've stayed in: Parkway Commons and Colony Woods.

I have seen no mold in my apartment EVER, When I remember to check my voicemail Legends lets me know when they are coming to change filters and spray for bugs.

Parking can be limited in one area, but I rent a garage so I have no problems.

I had a minor maintenace request when I first moved in, but an older man fixed took care of it promptly.
My opinion is this is a first rate place, High Pointe got nothin on the Legends.
