I totally agree with the previous post about how the management is trying to pump up their own ratings.

If you know the names of the girls in the office, you would know that the most recent "positive" review was actually from one of them (deec383--let's take a guess as to who this is).

If you had been a little more clever you would not have put your name on it, then it might have been believeable.

The truth is that mold is an issue, especially in on the ground floor, but I live on the second and it is still a problem.

Parking is DEFINITELY a big problem, and the reason deec383 does not have an issue with it is because she has a garage--so she really cannot be the judge of that.
As for the police comment, YES, the police is often called to the property.

No one is talking about the onsite police guy, they are talking about the ones that have to be called onto the property, lights a-flashing, sirens a-going, because one of the residents is throwing a party, or having a fight.

For having onsite security, it is rarely secured.

Management is crappy.

Martha is really trashy and she has no idea what is going on.

The girls in the office just follow her lead.

Maintenance wouldn't be so crappy if the keys didn't stop working all the time.

Maintenance has had to drill out my lock on my front door and two of our bedroom doors-that's how bad it is.
