Mold problem! Never did anything about my mold problem till I called the public health dept. To my knowledge nothing has still been done. They wont let you out of your lease for any reason what so ever. I have to move for a new job I got and tired to keep paying rent. When I no longer could I told them sorry I can no longer pay. They sent me a bill for $3000 of fees and unpaid rent for the last 5 months of my contract. And reported me to collections. Even after I wasn't living in the apt I received bills for utility overages. How is that even possible' They were not willing to help in any way. They even gave me the wrong number to their corporate office.
