I've lived at Legends for 2 years and I have never had any major problems.

The staff has improved greatly over the past year and besides a small overrage now and agian on utilities everything in my apt has been fine.

I also have a lot of friends at Legends and the majority of them are completely happy with their apts too.

the furniture is nice, the carpet is cleaned every year for me.

I had a horrible roommate and had to move and the staff was really accomodating

Sounds like you don't know the difference between "you're" and "your." Pretty sad for a "college student." YOU'RE probably just management writing to make your sub par community look better.
