This place sucks.

I'm an international student.

Many things I don't know about this country and this city.

I moved in here because of a former office girl and the large rooms of this apartment.

My boyfriend and I am living in a four-bedroom apartment.

We just use two bedrooms and the other two were locked up.

The apartment let us live in here because they said we are friends.

They told us that all the utilities were included except the maximum $35 electricity fee when we first moved in.

We didn't think $35 was so much for a month.

So we just began to save the electricity.

We always turned off the lights.

We used our washer/dryer even once a month.

However, began in Febuary, we received extra utility charge.

$80 per month per person.

Does anybody think this is possible.

They paid $75 utility fee for each of us.

And each of us got $80 extra.

That means we two have more than $300 utilitty fee.

Is that ridiculous' Even a huge five-bedroom house can have $300 utility fee''' And when we went to the office to complain about it, they said that was because we two were living in a four-bedroom apartment.

However, the apartment is individual sublease.

They told us to live in this one.

Why we should be responsible for the other two empty bedrooms' utility fee'
We asked for the detailed utility report.

They refused to give us.

We asked for the phone number of the electricity factory.

They refused to give us.

Why we just pay whatever they told us to pay' However, what should I do' I was thinking of going to the legal office of KU to ask wether they were legal to do that.

But I saw many people were ever suffered from this apartment.

So I just want to told everybody that it's a disgusting apartment.

If someone decided to live here, he will be regret doing it.

So stop thinking about this apartment.

The office staffs have bad manners and never show respect to others, especially we foreigners.

They are just losing face of American nice people.

Don't, don't, don't live here!
