When i had first moved in, i thought this place was sweet..

boy was i wrong.

My experience at the legends quickly became a freakin' nightmare! If you plan on living here, expect MOLD all over your windowsills, and lots of it.

I really wish i had pictures of the mold that accumulated on my window, if i had to guess it was probably about 1 and 1/2 ft long and 4 inches in width of mold..

no wonder i was getting, especially during finals week..

THANKS legends! Besides the mold problem, my roommate was also overcharged on his utilities about four or five times and when i say overcharged, i mean like double the amount he was supposed to pay.

The management at the legends is horrendous and ALL of my friends that live there agree.

My roommate and I decided to go out to the hot tub one night.

Before we had got in, we were approached by a man wearing ALL black letting us know that the hot tub was closed.

We took this advice as a kind gesture from a random dude and decided to hop in real fast since we had come all the way out in the cold to dip in the hot tub real fast.

A few minutes later this same man comes into the pool area and says "DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME THE FIRST TIME'!" and blah blah blah..

we were totally compliant after we had found out he was a COP..

in which if we known, we wouldn't have got in the hot tub in the first place..

he had no badge showing by the way.

We were very sincere and apologetic to him the whole time and said we resided here at the legends apartments.

However, in the end he told us that we were getting a criminal trespass warning and we had to talk to a manager in the morning if we ever wanted to use the pool/hot tub again.

What a great legends cop, right!' Similar to what many people have already explained, after giving you less than a minute to get dressed, the maintenance seems to just stroll on in and unlock your apartment door and room door.

Also, there's a keyhole on all of the patio doors at each apartment, but hardly ANYBODY has a key to open or close it, i know i didn't get one and i even asked maintenance about it.

Apparently, all of the backdoor keys are just sitting in storage, unlabeled and disorganized..

Way to GO legends! Oh and by the way, if you plan on living in an apartment where people are residing above you..

YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING, constant footsteps and banging! It drove my roommate and I to the point of insanity at certain times..

and if you have people on the other side of your wall, you will hear all of there music as plain as day.

There are NO lights set up around the complex, making it easy for violent events to take place..VERY UNSAFE! Oh, and the bus system sucks..

at the reserve apartments they have two buses which transport you every 30 minutes..

while the legends has ONE BUS..i had to get to several classes an hour early because of the poor bus schedule.

In essence, if you're looking to live somewhere, cross Legends Apartments off of your list immediately.

p.s.

I like how the legends staff is trying to boost their rating on here, its obvious and very easy to tell that they're doing it...i just laughed at all of them.
