If you are considering to live in Legends. I will tell you no. It is true that the environment is attractive. However, when you live in, you will know what is a nightmare. Even I have already moved out, this nightmare is still not finished. Some one in the office really sucks, I mean Chris. He is the manager of the Legends place. He used to broke in my apartment without my permission, just because I am raising a dog and he want to figure out whether it is true. How can he do his' Just because he is the manager' He can go everywhere in his area' Bull ----! They used charge us over $150 of extra utility fee. On the bill it says this fee is about my electricity. Ok, let's look at this. On the contract it says we each one pay $75 which is in rental fee including $35 for electricity. We have two people. So 35*2 150=220 Can you believe that two people can use more than $220' Then the office explain to me that the 150 includes others. What is others' On the contract I signed before, other items are all N/A which means unlimited except $35 for electricity. Thank god I am out now. But I got a notice that I need to pay $213 for the last months utility,cleaning and repainting the wall. Hey man,your staff told me that we are free to paint one side wall before I moved in and now what' I am just a student.I am living on my own. I need to study and I need to work. Do you guys know how hard to get 200 dollars' They don't care who you are, they just care money. Ok, remember this, the more you care about money, the less people you will have. I just want to say GOD DAMN YOU, LEGENDS!!!!!!
