I love the Malls. Management is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always let you know ahead of time when things are being worked on around the complex. Maintenance is friendly and prompt; things get fixed the day you call. Most of the apartments are recently renovated with new carpet and kitchen cabinets. We just got new windows installed in the bedrooms this month, so they're constantly working to improve the place! The apartments are spacious (900 sq ft for my 2bd, 1.5 bath). The apartment I have is perfectly designed for roommates with 2 separate bathrooms connected by the shower room. Gas, water, trash and cable TV are included in the rent, so the pricing is very reasonable! Its really nice not having to worry about fluctuating bills every month (especially gas heat during the winter)! It rarely gets noisy, even on weekends.

I can't really say enough good things about this apartment complex...I'd say its one of, if not the best deal in Lawrence.
