My fiancee went to college at KU so we lived in these places. I can honestly say, I've never been happier in my life. Sometimes you get sound issues, but that's freshman college students for you. It was a blue moon kinda thing and security was prompt to take care of it. Maintenance was KIND and prompt! I mean really just true gentlemen, the office managers were extremely nice. Low electricity bill, other utilities covered including basic cable. (We payed $30 during summer and $18 during winter) but I like it at 68f. (I'm a big guy 210lbs, I get hot easily).

Oh! Parking could be difficult if there was a KU game or something. So I guess there was a negative. They never towed, a van stayed in the same spot for like 1.5 years, and I swear that white car with 4 flats is still there.

OH! DO NOT PARK BEHIND GUEST PARKING. I got a nice large dent in my civic when I parked there, had JUST bought the car. My fault' I'd suggest it.

It gets a 5star because it's the best place I've ever stayed in, which includes!
