I was a resident of Meadowbrook for two years back in 1996. I lived with two other guys at one of their three bedroom apartments. I also lived in one of their Super Studios from 2000-20001.

What to say' Front office staff can be courteous and efficient. However, when you run into more serious maintenance issues, you may have problems. My patio door was leaking badly when I lived in a Super Studio and they claimed that they would fix it "soon." Days turned into weeks, weeks into months. Every time I went into the front office, I felt like I was treated as if I were an inconvenience.

The place is truly quiet though. They don't put up with much noise. That much I'll give them. I do think that they can be on the expensive side considering what you could get at other places for the same amount of money.

Great location though. Believe the rumors on Brown Recluse Spiders. Especially in the three bedroom apartments. I heard crazy rumors prior to moving there, but they really do exist.

If you like 70s apartment styling, then this place is for you.

Overall, not a bad experience and don't expect too much when moving in. When I've pointed out stuff that may have been wrong or inadequate, they'll jump into the speech of how they have so many apartments to clean and get ready and so many people.

Definitely check out other places.
