I have lived in Meadowbrook for a little over 9 years. There are many positive things I can say about it but one stands out. When my mother became very ill in another state, Meadowbrook couldn't have been more helpful. They watered many plants for me and made sure everything else was taken care of. To have people who have never even met my mom ask how she is doing on a regular basis means alot and speaks of what sort of people are at Meadowbrook. Now for other things... I have never had a problem with maintenance requests, my apartment is remodeled (with no hike in rent), office staff have always been friendly, and I enjoy the grounds. Other complexes look like they're nothing but cement and buildings. They are older and may not have all the amenities of another place but honestly, I probably wouldn't have time to use them anyway so why pay for it in higher rent' The walls are not as thick as perhaps other places but Meadowbrook doesn't put up with noise...complain to them and they handle it. I know because I only had to complain once about an old neighbor (Freakboy as I nicknamed him) and the problem was immediately resolved.
