I lived here for a year and was very happy to move when my lease was up. Here are some of the problems I have had: spiders and other bugs coming in through cracks in the walls and foundation from settling, I could hear everword my neighbors said through the paper thin walls, police were there alot due to criminals on the property, the office ingored my constant request for maintenance and when they did arrive they were far from professional and had to be called back several times because they cannot fix anything right the first time! These are just a few of the problems I had while living here. I strongly urge everyone to shop around before you decide to live here!
