They are very restrictive on helping with problems with the apts. They do not have a good selection system with regaurd to getting the apartment that you want. You can not choose the apartment or even the building that you want. They do all of that for you and you may end up not getting an apartment in a location that you want. I selected 2nd floor and received a first floor and did not get the building I selected.
