I really never had any of the problems the other reviewers spoke of. My building was SO quiet, it seemed like I was the only one living in it. There was always ample hot water, the management was always very helpful and would come out and fix things right away. It is a little pricier than some of the apartments in Lawrence, but its so much nicer and more comfortable to live in (and you do get a great rate on cable tv). All in all, I had a wonderful experience living here.
