I live here for two years. At first like many I thought this was a quality establishment. Then when I moved in for my second year they knowingly rented me a leaky apartment. Then they made me live in it while they tore out a wall and fixed the leak which took a week. Not to mention that there helpers just come in all the time whether you want them to or not. The repair will just burst in when ever he feels like it to fix a problem. They will breech lease contract with you. Don't live here!!
