I have lived in the new Meadowbrook apartments for 2 years now and I love it. The maintenance staff is great and they are always quick to respond to any issue you have. Every time I have reported something they would be out to fix it either on the same day it was reported or the next day. The office staff is very friendly as well. For it being so close to campus and primarily a college apartment complex it is really quiet. Even on Friday and Saturday nights it isn't really noisy. The buildings are built fairly well too, as far as sound control goes. I have never heard my neighbors next to me. Ocassionally you can hear people walking around upstairs but other than that you don't really notice it at all. The only complaint I have is that there is no covered parking and sometimes late at night it is difficult finding a place to park that is close to your apartment. Overall though it has been a great place to live.
