Okay, I usually don't get mad over many things, but, this place is the biggest waste of money ever. Go buy a used car and live in that instead. I paid 8500 bucks and got nothing but a headache for 7 months (still here).

1) LOUD...I mean it. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING being said or done...That includes the bathroom...Oh, for some reason, everyone that has an annoying voice tends to scream 5 times louder and more often.

2)Slow/No Internet most of the time

3)Rude RA's/Staff...Don't expect help with anything...Expect to get smirks and attitudes...

4)The water in the shower is either way hot or too cold.

5)Cleaning people won't clean for you. You have to move ALL of your stuff out of the way...The lady usually takes my trash and leaves....One time she told me to wear socks with my boots...Thanks for the advice.

6)Food sucks. Gave me a huge stomach ache.

7)Rude people. Unless you enjoy hanging with snobby orange girls and drunk, frat-rejects, stay away!

8)The rooms are not even as good as Templin/Lewis Hall's. Old, crappy furniture.

9)Pool sucks, it's not resort style, its cheap motel 6 style.

10)ALWAYS dirty and smelly...Beer, barf, and weed are almost expected here.

11)No quiet hrs.

12)Theater my a**, it fits like 20-30 people...No real movies, just boxing matches.

13)Horror stories...I came back from Winter break to find all my stuff moved and put into a huge trash bag and all my furniture moves, posters ripped off...She usually doesn;t clean and when she does, she disregards my stuff. P.S....she also threw both my mirrors away.Also, drunk guys knocking on my door at all hrs of the night, scared the Bejesus out of me!

14)Mail...Pain in the butt.

15)Elevators...slow, noisy, dirty...get renovated, but taking forever and a day.

16)Parking is terrible if you don't have a pass. If you do, you wasted 300-400 bucks. I got my car towed...WTF, I was gone for 30 minutes.

I could keep going, but that would take days.

PROS:
No ID checks, that means despite the sign, anyone can get in.

Drugs and alcohol galore...I don't care for em, but most people here do.

Tanning bed...Its locked though.

Free Cable... Woo!

Hmmm, that's it.....Run, don't walk, I lived in Templin and it is Heaven compared to here...If yo do decide to live here still...FYI, the Jayhawk rooms are the same as any other...I suggest you live on the 10th floor, theyre bigger and cheaper, and supposed to be quiet, but prob aren't, just less noisy.
