As bad as it gets in Lawrence

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Don't even think about it! Living there was a nightmare! Left the apartment in great condition, but never got my safety deposit back and had to pay extra for fake reasons. Everything is old, ventilation in bathroom barely worked. Balcony doors had problems closing and holes. It was cheap to leave there, but considering the "13-th monthly payment" after you move out, it is not worth it.
