First of all, waaaaaaay overpriced. Granted, I lived there nearly 5 years ago now, but they still had way outdated ugly dark brown carpet, and they are very small. The manager at the time (cannot remember her name) was very rude and crass (sounds like the same one the other reviewer was talking about). They also entered my apartment several times without any notice.
Advice: When you move out, go ahead and pay the fee (I think it was $50) for them to clean your apartment, because you will not get any of your deposit back if you do not. Apparently they don't hire anyone to come in and professionally clean between tenants--they expect you to clean it professionally yourself. My apartment was spotless and had zero damage when i moved out, and the rude manager called me to re-clean it THREE times after I left--finally I told them to just take the fifty dollar cleaning fee. That is what they wanted anyway. Tenants should not be expected to professionally clean--maintenance/their hired cleaning people are supposed to take care of that before the next tenant.

I just wanted to say something about this review. I lived there years after this person and just wanted to clear something up. Now this may have been different then but when I lived there the cleaning charge was for the carpet cleaning (professionally) that needed to be done when you moved out because they were done that way when you moved in. You still had to clean the apartment or you were charged for not cleaning.

I live here now, they are rude, and unprofessional, I got locked out, the matanence guy demanded cash (red flag) when I called the office and told them that would be grounds for a law suite, the took my check. 2nd thing he told me he was a long way away, I walked next door to the next complex and he was busted, no explaination, I confronted the office manager the next day about the price of the lock out and the lie, she put her hand on her hip and told me the lock out was $75.00 and not $50.00, I put my hand on my hip and told her it was $50.00 and the lie was forgiven because it was funny he was caught in a lie with no way out.

I'm about to move out of this place, thankfully, and they gave us a huge list of things to clean before we leave. They expect you to have the very small linoleum floors professionally waxed, and all of the carpet professionally vaccumed and steam cleaned.
The charge you for pretty much everything once you leave this place...
