Moving to Peppertree Apartments has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I immediately felt at home in my new apartments. I love all of the amenities, especially teh washer and dryer! The low security deposit was a nice suprise as well. The complex grounds are beautiful and the residents are nice. I love the fact that Peppertree is so pet friendly. The location is great with a walking trail and shopping nearby. The management team is outstanding, giving personal attention to each resident. I look forward to making Peppertree my home for many uears to come.

It's quite clear the management has written this review. No tenant says "nearby shopping" with vigor and excitement as one would like to think. This isn't the plaza. UPS, Hy-Vee, and a liquor store are across the street. That's pretty much it. And the complex grounds are not "beautiful". Please. Spare me. You LOVE the fact that Peppertree is SOOOOO pet friendly??? wtf. There is a reason why Peppertree hasn't been completely full for 2 years. Rent is too much for what you get. Flat out. I lived there for 3 years.

While I, the Property Manager, did type this review (with approval from the resident), the testamonial from which it was taken is actually posted in our office with the name of the resident. As I have mentioned in previous responses, many people consider pets a part of the family; therefore, yes, we do have many residents who love the fact that we are so pet friendly. In regards to Peppertree being completely full: we are currently 98% occupied and have been anywhere from 97-99% for the past four months. It is next to impossible to find and apartment community occupied at 100% for any length of time (although, I do with that was common!). We have completed some landscaping and intend to complete more next year and it really is beautiful landscaping. I don't know if you have lived here since I took over the property, but, if so, and you still feel as you do, my apologies. It is my intention to make Peppertree the best place to call home!
