We moved in in August 2004 and haven't had any problems. Pretty expensive in comparison to other places in Lawrence but it's definitely worth it. They have big bedrooms and it's well kept. Pinnacle Woods is a quiet complex in comparison to every other apartment complex I've lived in. If you've got a maintenance request, they get it taken care of either the same day or if they're busy it's the next business day. Great utility prices and they pay for water, trash, sewer so that makes it even better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a higher-end apartment in Lawrence.
