When we arrived the manager on staff was very helpful and courteous. Hpwever, shortly after moving in she abruptly quit because of problems with the management company. We went without an apt.anager for over 3 months and only 1 maintenance person for several months. This resulted in very slow repairs.

Once they did hire a manager they obviously did not look very hard. He is rude and insincere (and not very intelligent). Also, we were charged for a drip pan that never existed in our apartment. It was supposed to be replaced when we moved in but never was. Even though we signed the checkout sheet along with one of the leasing agents stating everything was present and in good shape we were illegally charged for an item we never had.

They are so poorly built with no storm windows, etc. that you pay a lot of money to heat the outside. Also, they must spend half of your rent money on watering the grounds because the sprinklers are on 24/7. There is only one entry and exit for the whole apartment community. The clubhouse is not allowed to be used for any activities but the small workout center is not half bad.

We had a neighbor that had their apt flooded with RAW SEWAGE. Instead of allowing them to move to another empty unit in the building he only offered to shampoo their carpets and they had a toddler at the time. Also, there is a problem with mice in most bottom floor units. They really are no help at all. "The Ultimate in Luxury Living" is a farce.
