the staff is kind of rude, more stuck up, but they fix things right away! the staff is the only bad part about the complex. Good crime free location, and reasonably priced for a three bedroom. Also a good mix of college, middle age and seniors in complex. About 10 min drive to KU campus. 1 min drive to west Lawrence turnpike entrance. Good Safe, clean, fairly new place to live!
