The managers are rude and make changes in rent payments through the newsletter. Important things like policies on late fees are changed in the newsletter and even if it blows off the door, you are deemed accountable for knowing the information. One of the leasing consultants is very nice and helpful, but the property manager is very rude and treats you like you have no other option but to live there.
If you like being treated like crap, this is the apartment complex for you!

also, watch for bugs, i had a major beetle/spider infestation and when my boyfriend checked the sticky trap in the laundry room, not only were there spiders and egg sacks, there was also a baby snake. If you don't like bugs, do not live there.
