When I moved into these apartments, I loved them. I lived in them for a little over a year and then George Waters took over management and everything went down hill. To get anything fixed, you have to call five times and wait three weeks. When you call to put in maintenance requests, the staff is very rude. When the old management was here, there were barbecues and pool parties and now noone even looks at each other. I don't know how their other apartments are that they manage, but Quail Creek is not a good place to live. My lease is about to expire, and I am definitely moving out. I have no problems with the apartment is general or with my neighbors, it's just the management.
