The Management Sucks!

I just moved in a month ago...and I like the apartment they showed us which isnt the dirty, run down one we received.
When we moved in our apartment was suppose to be ready at 10am...but instead we couldnt move in until 3pm! Leaving me homeless w/moving truck expenses!
When we moved in it still was very dirty and never got fixed.
Our walls were unpainted, stains on the carpet,trash in the kitchen/bathrooms and wallpaper completely ripped off the walls.
